Castle Wedding

We chose to vacation out of New York this year because Eddie's sister Angela chose to get married in a castle on the Hudson River in New York. This castle setting was definitely something out of a fairytale book. She had a small ceremony with 30 of her closest friends and family members. We had a rehearsal in the castle and a dinner at Sunset Cove right on the Hudson river. The view from Sunset Cove was awesome. I will post a picture to show you. Angela was a beautiful bride. Her dress was hand made from the Philippines. It was made out of cocoon fabric. Her blouse for the rehearsal dinner was also hand made from the Philippines and was made out of pineapple fabric. The sons of the bride and groom all wore scottish kilts. The boys agreed to wear them because they would all get knifes to wear under them. They chose to get married inside the castle in the Library room and they had their 5 course dinner reception inside as well. Thank goodness it was inside because it was sizzlin hot outside. They did have an h'orderves/cocktail hour outside in the garden prior to the reception. It really was a fairytale wedding. Take a look for yourself...
